Here’s a recap of recent activity at Dresner Advisory.
We published the 6th edition Analytical Data Infrastructure Flagship Market Study in January. The editing team is putting the final touches on the Natural Language Analytics thematic report, scheduled for publication next week. We’re also working on Data Engineering, which is an update and combination of our former Data Preparation and Data Pipelines reports. Data Engineering will be published at the end of the month.
A current list of 2022 publications and dates is on the welcome page of the portal.

New Year Data Collection
Thank you to all the vendors that attended our vendor information session (or listened to the recording) to kickoff the 2022 New Year data collection process. The data we collect from vendors and end users, over the next two months, will inform our Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management flagship market studies, as well as all 2Q and 3Q thematic titles.
Vendors: your vendor survey is due this week. Once you complete your vendor survey, Michelle will share your dedicated link to the end user survey. You may distribute this link to any of your customers. If you are a BI or EPM vendor, please encourage your customers to rate you in the appropriate section of the end user survey.
If you have questions about the process please reach out directly to Michelle and she will be happy to assist you.
Check In Calls/Leveraging Analyst Time
Now is a good time to consider how you would like to leverage the analyst time included with your subscription. I’ll be reaching out to schedule individual client check in calls, and we’d be happy to discuss various ways you could leverage your analyst time.
Having our analysts support your customer facing events such as virtual conferences, webinars, and podcasts are popular options. Internal sessions on competitive intelligence, product roadmap development, and discussions of go-to-market strategies are areas where we are also happy to provide input. If you have other ideas, please let us know.
Thank you again for your continued support!
